Antique 17th/ 18th Century Goldwork Embroidered Panel. A beautiful antique goldwork embroidered panel dating from aroun the late 1600's or the early 1700's. The goldwork is worked onto a red silk ground and looks to be English. As seen, the red silk ground is very worn, around the embroidery it is intact and all the embroidery is intact and un damaged. The gold work has good textire and a lovely time aged patine. The measurements of the panel are; Length- 37 inches/ 94 cm Width- 125 inches/ 32 cm.
