The date is hard to read and I'm not an expert so this. Is just the information provided to me.
It was framed by a professional shop that specializes in needlepoint and textiles. There are two dates on this sampler, one at the top and one at the bottom, 1810.
The wording at the top, Remember thy creator in ye days of thy youth - 1734. The bottom reads "aged 11, 1810" to the best of my knowledge. There is missing data here, the name of the schoolgirl at the bottom but I think there are initials on the right 3/4's of the way down. Been made by two people, the line in the middle dividing the artists work. This explains the two dates of 1734 and 1810.I love the simplicity combined with good composition. Colors are red, blue greens and neutrals. 19 H x 12.5 W. There is a bit of glare and reflection. On the glass from my flash.
